We are pleased to announce the on-stage cast and technical crew list for “The Trial of Goldilocks” and “The Trial of The Big Bad Wolf.” Remember, ALL assignments must be accepted or refused by 8 a.m. on Friday, February 3, 2012, by e-mailing education@artspartnership.com and indicating YOUTHEATRE RESPONSE in the Subject line.
You all did a terrific job in the auditions/interviews this week. We are excited to have you as part of our production!
Remember, the decision of the directors is FINAL!
All youth participating in the production (as an on-stage cast member or technical crew member) and their parents must attend a mandatory meeting on Sunday, February 5, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Great Room at First Presbyterian Church. Informational packets, including updated rehearsal/work schedules, will be handed out at this time and questions will be answered. A read-through of the script will continue for the on-stage cast members from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. In addition, on-stage cast members will be measured for costumes. Technical crew members and parents will meet to review tasks and sign up for work shifts. ALL students will have their photos taken for promotional posters that will be displayed in their schools/churches.
For those in the on-stage cast, please bring a PENCIL and a note with the following information to the read-through:
- Name
- Shoe/boot size
- Pants/slacks size
- Shirt/blouse size
- Jacket size
- Dress size (girls)
- Weight
- Height
- Any allergies to fabrics
We are looking forward to seeing EVERYONE at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 5 in the Great Room at First Presbyterian Church!
