Enjoy a week of fun with Youtheatre’s new performing arts camp – “Broadway in Your Backyard!” During this week-long day camp, you will work with local teaching artists, as well as a professional Broadway Music Director and  Broadway Performer to learn about the performing arts while staging a showcase production for our community to enjoy. In addition, you will participate in age-appropriate performing arts workshops such as creative dramatics, acting, movement, music, improvisation and theatre games led by local teaching artists.

Camp Specifics:

  • The Camp is open to all students  going into grades 1-12 for the 2017-2018 School Year
  • Camp is 9 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday
  • A special concert with a Broadway Performer will be held Tuesday, July 11 in the evening.
  • End of Camp Performance will be at 7 p.m. on Friday, July 14
  • Everyone participating in the camp MUST be available for ALL camp activities and performances.
  • Each camper is expected to bring his or her own nutritious lunch Monday through Friday.  A light dinner will be provided on Friday.
  • A limited number of scholarships are available based upon financial need. 


This is the only camp presented by The Arts Partnership this summer. Registration for pARTners will begin on Monday, April 3; Non-Members on Wednesday, April 5, 2016. Registration Costs: $175 per student and $165 per each additional family member.
